    We started Coffee, Cups, and Cookies in 2023 which is a sister company of our original company Ava and Eve Boutique created in 2021.  We realized just how much fun we were having making small batches of personalized gifts, that we needed to expand, thus, CC&C was born! We are so fortunate that word of mouth, our constant multi Star Seller Badges on Etsy,  Rave Reviews, as well as many social networks have allowed us to expand into many other areas. We specialize in cups, tumblers, luggage tags, sports teams, and Coffee & Tea Gift boxes! We ship from the beaches of NC to anywhere in the Continental US.

  • Items can take 7-10 days to create and then ship, but we try to have all items sent out weekly.

    We are happy to quote you rushed shipping upon request.

    Once the Item has been handed over to the shipping supplier, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may happen to your item or to any lost/stolen packages.

    Each cup, keychain, luggage tag, ect. is hand created which means no two are identical. It is typical and expected that slight variations may be present on finished items. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you are receiving a one of a kind item and no returns are accepted.

  • Cups are NOT dishwasher safe. They should be hand washed only and NEVER soaked.

    Cups can hold hot or cold beverages, but they should never be in the microwave, freezer, near an open flame, or left in a hot car.

    Cups are made with Sublimation which can not be in heat or the ink will fade, or UV DTF which also should not be left to soak in water. Hand wash only. Items are NOT shatterproof. If the an item is dropped, there is a chance of it breaking.

  • All items are custom made in house by CC&C. No returns will be accepted.

    Any damages that result in shipping will need to be claimed with the shipping provider.
